One Thing To Know Before You Start
This isn't a job you do with the glass still in place. Installing this seal means pulling the rear glass, so you'll want to have the Factory Service Manual open for the removal and install steps, and honestly, this is one we'd recommend leaving to a shop that's done it before. Rear glass on a hatchback is heavy, it's awkward, and a cracked piece of glass turns a simple seal swap into a much more expensive day.
