Exedy OE Replacement Clutch Kit - 2009-2013 Honda Fit Base / Sport
Clutch slipping on your Fit? Grabbing in first gear? Before you start panic-shopping, here's the straightforward fix: the Exedy HCK1010. Exedy is Honda's actual OEM clutch supplier - not "OEM-equivalent" or "OEM-quality" - they make the clutches that go into Hondas on the assembly line. So when you bolt this in, you get the exact same pedal feel, the exact same engagement point, and the exact same lifespan you had when the car was new. No surprises.
Why Exedy and Not a Generic Replacement
There's a reason your local parts store's house-brand clutch is $40 cheaper. You'll feel it the first time you pull away from a stop light - weird engagement, a pedal that's too heavy or too light, or a clutch that grabs differently depending on temperature. The Exedy OE kit matches Honda's factory tolerances exactly because Exedy built the original. Same friction material, same spring rates, same everything. This is the closest thing to "new car" you can buy for your Fit's drivetrain.
This Is a Stock Replacement - Know What You're Buying
The L15A in your Fit makes around 117hp and 106 lb-ft of torque. This clutch handles that all day long for 60,000-80,000+ miles. That's the job. If you've got a turbo kit, forced induction of any kind, or serious power mods pushing well past stock numbers, this clutch will slip under load. You'd need to look at a performance clutch with higher clamping force instead. But if your car is stock and you just want it to drive right again, this is exactly what you need.
Everything's in the Box
You're not piecing this together from three different orders. The kit includes the pressure plate, organic clutch disc with sprung hub, throw out bearing, pilot bushing, alignment tool, and a packet of grease. Everything you need to finish the job is right here. Do yourself a favor and check your clutch master and slave cylinders while you've got the transmission out - if they're old or leaking, now's the time to sort them.

Fits
- 2009-2013 Honda Fit Base / Sport - L15A engine, manual transmission
A few things before you button it up: Resurface or replace your flywheel - don't bolt a new clutch onto a scored or heat-checked flywheel and expect it to last. Check the flywheel bolts and replace them if they've been removed before. Give the clutch a few hundred miles of easy driving before you start working it hard. Break-in matters, even on an OE replacement.
Fits 2009-2013 Honda Fit Base and Sport with the L15A engine and manual transmission. Does not fit automatic transmission models. Verify your transmission type before ordering.
