Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1pm Central Time on a business day are typically processed the same business day. However, this is guide not a guarantee that orders will ship the same day if they meet that cutoff. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
Order processing time is separate from transit time. The shipping method selected at checkout determines transit time only and does not accelerate processing.
We reserve the right to hold or cancel any order pending verification of payment, billing information, or shipping address.
Shipping Rates
We do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight and dimensions, and the shipping method selected. All applicable rates are displayed before you complete your order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in more than one package. This can occur due to package size or weight constraints, items shipping from different origin locations, or items becoming available at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping for orders that ship in multiple packages.
Tracking information is provided for each shipment as it leaves our facility or a supplier facility.
Dropship Items
Certain items ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier rather than from our warehouse. Processing and transit times for these items are determined by the supplier and may differ from the estimates shown at checkout. Dropship items may ship separately from the rest of your order.
Backorders
Some items may be on backorder at the time your order is placed. In-stock items in the same order may ship first, with backordered items shipping when they become available.
Availability dates for backordered items are estimates provided by our suppliers and are subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee any ship date for a backordered item.
If you do not wish to wait for a backordered item, you may cancel that item for a full refund at any time before it ships. Contact us at support@hybrid-racing.com.
Oversized and Freight Shipments
Certain items are too large or heavy to ship by standard parcel carrier and must ship by freight. Freight shipments require additional handling time and are subject to separate rates and delivery procedures.
Freight deliveries are typically curbside only. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. Additional services such as liftgate, residential delivery, or inside delivery may incur additional charges.
You are responsible for inspecting freight shipments at the time of delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Damage that is not noted at the time of delivery may not be eligible for a claim.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the possession of the carrier. Claims for lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be filed with the carrier.
Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Contact us immediately at support@hybrid-racing.com if you need to correct an address, and we will attempt to update it before the order ships.
Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package will be refunded less the original shipping cost and the applicable restocking fee. Reshipment requires payment of new shipping charges.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package specifications.
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
Refusal to pay duties or taxes resulting in a returned or abandoned package does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping charges. Any refund issued will be net of original shipping costs and the applicable restocking fee.
Delivery times for international orders vary and may be extended by customs processing. We are not responsible for customs delays.
Some products may be restricted from import into certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the items ordered may be lawfully imported into the destination country.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, retain all original packaging and contact us at support@hybrid-racing.com within 5 business days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.
If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, contact the carrier first. If the carrier cannot locate the package, contact us at support@hybrid-racing.com and we will assist in filing a claim.
Off-Road and Competition Use
Many products sold by Hybrid Racing are intended for off-road, racing, or competition use only and are not legal for use on public highways. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a product is legal for use in their jurisdiction. Shipment of a product does not constitute a representation that the product is street legal in the customer's location.
