Which Profile Should You Run?
This is the whole decision, so let's spend some time here. The gap between these four profiles is bigger than the numbers suggest, and picking too much cam is the most common mistake people make. More duration isn't automatically more power. It moves your powerband up, and if the rest of your combination can't live up there, you'll end up with a car that's slower everywhere you actually drive it.
002.2 Endurance is the mildest of the group at 250 degrees intake and 246 exhaust. The name tells you the intent. This is the profile for a car that has to survive, whether that means road racing, time attack, or a street car that sees hard use and needs to keep doing it next weekend. It keeps a usable powerband and doesn't ask as much of the rest of the engine.
003.2 is the popular one, and it's popular for a reason. At 254 intake and 250 exhaust it's a real step up from the 002.2 without going off the deep end. It's the profile most people building a serious street or street/strip K20 or K24 land on, because it makes strong power while still behaving in a car you drive on the road.
004 jumps hard, up to 275 intake and 272 exhaust. That's a big move, not an incremental one, and it puts you firmly into race cam territory. You need supporting parts and a head that can flow to make sense of it. Below that, you're giving up midrange for a top end you can't use.
004.5 is the most aggressive at 276 intake and 274 exhaust, with more exhaust lift than the 004. This is the one for a purpose-built, high-compression, high-rpm combination with a tuner and a builder involved. It's not a street cam and it isn't pretending to be.
If you're not sure, you probably want the 003.2. That's the honest answer for most builds, and it's the profile with the biggest following for exactly that reason.

Why These Come With Springs
You can't run cams like these on factory valve springs. Stock springs don't have the pressure to control the valve at this lift and rpm, and once the valvetrain goes into float you're looking at bent valves and a very expensive afternoon. That's why this kit includes the Supertech spring package rather than selling you cams and letting you sort it out.
You get Supertech dual valve springs along with titanium retainers, spring seats, valve seals, and keepers. It's the full valvetrain, matched and ready, so everything's designed to work together instead of being assembled from four different catalogs.
Built From 8620 Billet
These are cut from 8620 billet steel, which is the material you want for a cam that's going to see high spring pressures and a lot of rpm. Billet also means Drag Cartel is machining the profile they designed rather than regrinding a factory core, and that's what lets them run the aggressive ramp rates these profiles are known for.
Before You Order
A few honest things worth knowing, because cams aren't a bolt-on part.
Plan on a tune. These change how the engine breathes across the whole rev range, and a K20 or K24 running big cams without a proper calibration is leaving power on the table at best. Get a tuner lined up before the cams go in, not after.
Check your valve-to-piston clearance during assembly, especially on the 004 and 004.5 and especially if you're running high compression or aftermarket pistons. Big duration and lift eat into that clearance, and it's not something to assume. Your builder should be verifying it, not estimating it.
Set your valve lash to Drag Cartel's spec for the profile you bought, not to the factory Honda spec. This trips people up regularly, and running the wrong lash on aggressive cams causes real problems.
Be realistic about VTC and cam timing. The bigger profiles want to be dialed in, and how much VTC advance you can run depends on your compression and your clearances. This is a conversation to have with your builder and tuner as part of the assembly, not something to guess at afterward.
