Hybrid Racing T-Bolt Radiator Hose Clamps 38-42mm
Silicone radiator hoses deserve better than the crusty spring clamps that came off your old rubber ones. This is our stainless T-bolt radiator hose clamp kit, sized 38mm to 42mm and sold as a set of four, which covers both ends of your upper and lower radiator hoses in one order.
What It Is and Why It Works
A T-bolt clamp wraps the hose in a full-width smooth stainless band and tightens with a proper bolt instead of a worm screw, so the clamping pressure lands evenly around the whole circumference. That matters on silicone. The slotted band of a worm gear clamp bites into soft silicone as you torque it, and enough heat cycles later you've got tram lines cut into a hose you paid real money for. Spring clamps have the opposite problem: they were tensioned for the factory rubber hose and don't grip a thicker silicone wall the same way. T-bolts fix both, they're reusable through as many coolant jobs as you'll ever do, and they look intentional in a bay you've cleaned up.

Fitment
These are universal by size rather than by chassis. The 38-42mm range is sized for Honda and Acura radiator hose connections, and this kit started life as our clamp set for the RSX and EP3 Civic Si, so those radiator hoses are squarely in range. To size any clamp, measure the outside diameter of the hose sitting over its fitting; you want that number to land in the middle of the clamp's range, not at either end of its travel.
What to Know Before You Buy
Four clamps does the radiator hoses on one car. If you're also plumbing heater lines or a coolant reroute, count your connections first and order accordingly.
Tighten them like a bolt, not like a worm clamp. Snug the nut, run the engine through a full heat cycle, let it cool, and re-check. Silicone relaxes slightly after the first cycle and a ten second re-torque is the difference between dry and seeping. Don't gorilla them either; when the band is seated flat and the hose has a slight even bulge on both sides, you're done.
If you're ordering our K swap silicone radiator hoses, add these to the same cart and do the cooling system in one pass. Reusing stretched factory spring clamps on new silicone is the number one way a fresh cooling job ends up leaving pink crust on the block a month later.
