TiAL 50mm Sport Q Blow Off Valve, 10 PSI

The big deal here is flow. The Sport Q uses a massive 50.5mm valve that moves about 60% more air than the older design. What that means for you is quicker pressure release between shifts, smoother throttle response, and less stress on your turbo. Whether you’re building a clean street car or something a lot more serious, one Q BOV can handle setups up to 1,800 horsepower without breaking a sweat.
Everything on the Sport Q is built with longevity in mind. The body and internals are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, so it’s lightweight and tough. The valve stem is hard anodized and Teflon lubricated, which helps it move smoothly every time. TiAL also uses a clamped Viton O-ring for the valve seal, so you don’t have to worry about sticking or weird behavior under boost.
The V-band mounting setup keeps things simple and secure, and it looks great doing it. Stainless steel hardware means corrosion isn’t something you’ll be dealing with down the road. You also get TiAL’s aluminum banjo-style air fitting with a large 10mm hose barb, which helps the valve react quickly when you lift off the throttle. Inside the actuator is a high-temp silicone diaphragm reinforced with Nomex, so it’s happy living in a hot engine bay.
This version comes with a 10 PSI spring, which works well for a wide range of turbocharged setups. If you’re running a supercharger or need something different for your vacuum level, TiAL offers multiple spring options to dial it in exactly how you want. And since it’s made from 6061 aluminum, the housing is anodized in your choice of blue, black, red, purple, or silver to match your engine bay.
