SpeedFactory Racing K-Series Sidewinder Turbo Manifold
If you’re hunting a real turbo manifold upgrade, or you’re piecing together a K20 turbo manifold combo that fits without turning into a weekend of swearing, this SpeedFactory K-Series turbo manifold is the one we keep recommending. The Sidewinder layout puts the turbo in a spot that actually helps, you get better room for charge piping, easier access to hardware, and less fighting the firewall. Compared to a basic log, you’ll usually see quicker boost response and a stronger midrange on street pulls. You still need to size the turbo for your goals though, a big turbo still spools like a big turbo.
SpeedFactory uses 1.5 inch Schedule 40 stainless tubing, and they TIG weld and back purge it. They also use CNC machined 1/2 inch 1018 steel flanges. That flange detail matters more than people want to admit, because flat stays sealed, and sealed means no warped gasket drama and no exhaust tick that shows up right after the first heat cycle. This Sidewinder turbo manifold K-Series works great with small to mid frame turbos for quick spool, but it won’t instantly fix a mismatched setup. Be honest about your powerband, then pick the right housing and gate.
Fitment covers the common K swap stuff and the factory K cars. It works as a K-swapped Civic turbo manifold for 1988 to 2000 EF, EG, EK, and it fits 1994 to 2001 Integra DC swaps. It also fits 2002 to 2011 Civic Si, so yes, it works as an 8th gen Civic Si Turbo Manifold. On the Acura side, it bolts up for 2002 to 2006 RSX and 2004 to 2008 TSX.. We run these exact parts on our own cars because they take abuse and keep doing their job.
