Progress Technology 19mm Rear Sway Bar - 2009-2014 Honda Fit
Want to reduce body roll and tighten up how your Fit handles? The Progress Technology 19mm rear sway bar replaces the smaller factory rear bar with a larger diameter alloy steel bar. More sway bar stiffness means less body roll through corners, which keeps your tires flatter on the pavement and gives you better grip. The kit includes polyurethane bushings that don't deflect as much as the factory rubber bushings, so the bar works more effectively.
19mm Rear Bar, More Roll Stiffness
The factory Fit rear sway bar is undersized, which lets the body roll too much in corners. When the body rolls, the outside tires lose contact patch and you get less grip. A larger sway bar resists body roll better, which keeps the tires flatter and gives you more consistent grip through the corner. The 19mm rear bar stiffens up the rear end and helps reduce the understeer that front-wheel drive cars naturally have.
CNC Formed and MIG Welded in the USA
Progress Technology cold-forms the bar in-house using CNC bending equipment. The ends are laser-cut and MIG-welded using fixtures for exact fitment. The bar's made in the USA.
