Hasport Performance AWD B Series Mount Kit for 1988 to 1991 Civic and CRX
If you’re building an AWD Honda Civic B-Series or CRX and you’re trying to make a stock B Series work with an AWD manual transmission conversion, the factory mounts in an 88 to 91 chassis aren’t going to line up. This Hasport AWD Civic mounts package fixes that by putting the engine and trans where they need to sit so your axles and driveline geometry..
This AWD B-Series mount 88-91 Civic kit replaces the stock left, right, and rear mounts, and it includes the rear bracket you need, EFRBAWD, as part of the rear mounting setup. Those three mounts control engine roll and torque reaction, which is the difference between a drivetrain that stays put under boost and one that bangs around every time you clutch kick.
Hasport notes they design these using CAD and CAM, and they offer multiple urethane bushing options. Here’s the real trade off, softer bushings feel nicer and vibrate less, stiffer bushings keep the drivetrain from moving when you launch hard. We run these exact style mounts on our own swaps, so we’re not going to tell you 94A feels like stock because it doesn’t.
