Hasport K-Swap Engine Mount Kit – 1992–1995 Honda Civic / 1993–1997 Honda Del Sol (EGK)

If you’re diving into a K-swap for your EG Civic or Del Sol, engine mounts are where the whole build either comes together or turns into a headache. The Hasport EGK Engine Mount Kit is built to take that problem off your plate. It lets you bolt a K-series engine into a 1992–1995 Civic or 1993–1997 Del Sol with the engine sitting where it should, not where it barely fits.

The standout here is Hasport’s dual-height mount design. It’s not marketing fluff—it’s how they balance axle alignment, ground clearance, and hood fitment all at once. You don’t end up dragging oil pans, blowing axles, or spacing the hood just to close it. These mounts will also physically fit a 1994–2001 Acura Integra, but Hasport’s DC2K2 kit is usually the better call there because it offers more height adjustment.

This is a true bolt-in K-swap mount kit for the EG chassis. You will need to remove the factory transmission bracket in the engine bay, but beyond that, fabrication is minimal. Once installed, you’ve got a solid, proven setup that works just as well on the street as it does getting leaned on at the track.

Like all Hasport mounts, the EGK kit is CNC-machined from billet aluminum and paired with polyurethane bushings. The bushings are where you choose your compromise. Softer bushings mean less noise and vibration. Stiffer bushings lock the engine down harder but bring more NVH into the cabin. There’s no free lunch—just options that match how you actually drive.

Bushing Durometer Options

  • 62A (Street): Softest option. Best for daily drivers that want stock-like comfort with minimal vibration.
  • 70A (Street / Track): A solid middle ground for spirited street cars that see occasional track use.
  • 88A (Track / Street): Much firmer. Great for track-focused builds if you’re okay with extra vibration.
  • 94A (Race Only): Maximum stiffness for competition cars. Expect noticeable NVH.

Transmission Compatibility

  • EGK2: RSX and 2002–2011 Civic Si transmissions (K20A, K20A2, K20A3, K20Z1, K20Z3)
  • EGK4: 2003–2007 Accord and 2004–2008 TSX transmissions (K24A2, K24A4, K24A8)
  • EGK5: 2008–2013 Accord, 2009–2014 TSX, and 2012–2015 Civic Si transmissions (K24Z7)
  • EGKAWD: AWD K-series transmissions from 2002–2006 CR-V and 2003–2011 Element (K24A1, K24A4, K24A8)
