Hasport Replacement Upper Torque Mount – 2006–2015 Honda Civic Si (8th & 9th Gen)
If your 8th or 9th gen Civic Si feels sloppy on hard shifts or rocks back and forth every time you get into the throttle, the factory upper torque mount is usually the culprit. The Hasport Replacement Upper Torque Mount—better known as the dogbone mount—tightens everything up without turning your daily drive into a vibration nightmare.
This mount replaces the passenger-side factory torque mount and works with your stock right-hand engine mount. It’s a straightforward upgrade that cuts down engine movement, sharpens throttle response, and makes shifts feel more connected. You’ll notice the difference the first time you roll into VTEC or bang a quick 2–3 shift.
Hasport offers multiple bushing stiffness options so you can decide how much comfort you’re willing to trade for control. Softer bushings keep things smooth, while stiffer options lock the drivetrain down and let more vibration through. There’s no magic here—less movement always means more NVH. Pick what matches how you actually drive your car.
Bushing Durometer Options
- 62A: Best for daily drivers. Keeps vibration low while still improving engine control.
- 70A: A solid middle ground for spirited street driving and occasional track use.
- 88A: Much stiffer. Great for aggressive driving or track cars; expect more vibration.
- 94A: Maximum control for race-focused builds. Not recommended if comfort matters.

Important Fitment Note: This mount will not work with Hasport full replacement mount kits (FDSTK or FG4STK). It is designed to be used with the factory Honda right-hand engine mount only.
