Hybrid Racing K Swap Radiator Hoses for Civic/Integra
Cooling is where most K swaps get ugly. The stock hoses from your donor RSX or TSX weren't shaped for an EG, EK, or DC2 engine bay, so builds end up with hardware store hoses, weird couplers, and an upper hose fighting the intake for space. We built these K swap radiator hoses to end that. The upper hose routes under your cold air intake with no unneeded bends, every inlet and outlet is sized correctly for the K series necks, and we shaped the routing specifically to clear the transmission counterweights, because we've seen what happens when a hose rides against one.
What It Is and Why It Works
These are molded silicone hose kits, built in three configurations to match the actual combinations people swap, not just complete donor engines. Which kit you need comes down to two things: which cylinder head your upper hose meets, and which thermostat housing your lower hose meets. Get those two right and everything connects like it came that way from Honda. The lower hose is dot-marked so you can trim it to a custom length for wherever your radiator sits.
We designed these around our own bolt-in K swap radiators, and they also work with a half-size radiator relocated to the driver side. They are not shaped for a radiator sitting in the stock DC2 location, so plan your radiator before you order hoses.

The -04 kit exists for the frankenstein builds. If you're running a K24 bottom end with a K20A2 head, your upper hose needs the K20 head neck and your lower hose needs the K24 thermostat housing, and neither single-engine kit covers that combination. That mismatch is the most common wrong order on this product, so check your thermostat housing before you check out, not after the box shows up.
Fitment
| Years | Vehicle | Chassis |
| 1988-1991 | Honda Civic and CRX | EF |
| 1992-1995 | Honda Civic | EG |
| 1993-1997 | Honda Civic del Sol | EG1, EG2 |
| 1996-2000 | Honda Civic | EK |
| 1990-1993 | Acura Integra | DA |
| 1994-2001 | Acura Integra | DC2, DB8 |
All fitments assume a K series swap. These hoses have nothing to do with the engine these chassis came with from the factory.
What to Know Before You Buy
Sort your cooling layout first, hoses last. The radiator location decides everything: our bolt-in K swap radiator and these hoses were designed together, and a relocated driver-side half radiator works too. If you're planning to keep a DC2 radiator in its stock spot, these aren't your hoses.
Know your thermostat housing before ordering. Plenty of K24 blocks are running around with K20 heads, and plenty of complete engines have had housings swapped somewhere in their past life. Thirty seconds under the hood beats an exchange shipment.
These cover the radiator side only. You'll still need to sort your heater lines separately, or loop them if you're deleting heat, and you'll want fresh worm gear clamps all around rather than reusing crusty OEM spring clamps on new silicone. If we were doing the swap, we'd order the hoses, the radiator, and the clamps in the same cart and do the cooling system once, properly, instead of bleeding it three times.
