PRODUCT DETAILS

Haltech 150 PSI Fuel/Oil/Wastegate Pressure Sensor

Need to monitor fuel pressure, oil pressure, or boost pressure? The Haltech 150 PSI pressure sensor does all three. It's got a 0-150 PSI range and it outputs a 0.5-4.5 volt signal that works with Haltech ECUs and most other standalone ECUs or datalogging systems. The sensor's built from stainless steel with a piezo-resistive sensing element, so it's accurate to ±1% and it responds fast enough to catch pressure spikes. Thread it into your fuel rail, oil filter sandwich plate, or boost reference line with the 1/8 NPT fitting and you're done.

One Sensor, Three Uses

You can use this sensor for fuel rail pressure, engine oil pressure, or boost control and wastegate reference pressure. It's the same sensor for all three applications. The 0-150 PSI range covers most setups. If you're running a high-pressure fuel system on E85, monitoring oil pressure for a safety cutoff, or controlling boost with an electronic boost controller, this sensor's got enough range to handle it.

Works with Haltech ECUs and Other Systems

The sensor outputs a linear 0.5-4.5 volt signal. Haltech ECUs have pre-calibrated settings for this sensor in the software, so you just plug it in and select the sensor from the dropdown. If you're running a different standalone ECU or a datalogger, you can calibrate it manually using the 0.5-4.5 volt output. Most aftermarket ECUs and datalogging systems support analog voltage inputs, so this sensor works with pretty much everything.

1/8 NPT Fitting, Deutsch Connector

The sensor's got a 1/8 NPT male thread, which is the standard for fuel rails, oil filter sandwich plates, and boost reference fittings. The electrical connector's a Deutsch DT-style sealed connector, and Haltech includes the mating plug and pins. Deutsch connectors seal out moisture, oil, and vibration, so you're not getting false readings or intermittent signals.

Handles E85 and Methanol

The stainless steel body and internal components handle E85, methanol blends, high temperatures, and hydrocarbons without degrading. If you're running corrosive fuels or you've got the sensor near hot exhaust components, it's not going to fall apart.

What You Get

  • Haltech 150 PSI pressure sensor
  • 0-150 PSI range
  • 0.5-4.5 volt linear output
  • ±1% accuracy
  • Stainless steel body with piezo-resistive sensing element
  • 1/8 NPT male thread
  • Deutsch DT-style sealed connector with mating plug and pins
  • Compatible with E85, methanol, and high temperatures

Common Applications

  • Fuel rail pressure monitoring
  • Engine oil pressure monitoring and safety cutoff
  • Boost control and wastegate reference pressure
  • Turbo oil feed pressure monitoring

Note: Pre-calibrated in Haltech ECU software for plug-and-play setup. Works with other standalone ECUs and datalogging systems using the 0.5-4.5 volt output. Use PTFE tape or thread sealant on the 1/8 NPT threads. Check for leaks after installation before starting the engine.
