SpeedFactory Racing Billet Thermostat Housing for Honda B-Series and D-Series

If you've ever fought to get an AN line off a crusty thermostat housing in a tight engine bay, two big wrenches, no room, and the fitting backing out of the housing instead of the line coming loose, this is the part that ends that. The SpeedFactory Racing Billet B/D Series thermostat housing replaces the OEM cast unit with a one-piece billet design and a fixed hose end, so there are no modular fittings to leak and nothing to fight with during install.

It's CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a black anodized finish and a laser-etched SpeedFactory logo. There's a 1/8" NPT port for a coolant pressure or temp sensor, and it keeps the provisions you actually need: the OEM cooling fan switch and the engine harness ground. The bolt pattern is dual-drilled to fit both B-series and D-series, so the same housing works across most Honda and Acura swaps without any adapting.

You pick the hose end: -16AN or 32mm. Run the -16AN version if you're plumbing a turbo or track car with bigger -16 lines, or the 32mm hose end if you're keeping a more stock-style coolant routing. Either way it's a clean, sealed connection that won't weep the way an old cast housing with a welded-on fitting eventually does. Pair the -16AN version with a matching fill neck if you're doing a full -16AN cooling conversion.
