Hondata FlashPro - Honda Civic 1.5T / Si & Acura Integra
If you're building your Civic 1.5T, Si, or new Integra, the FlashPro should honestly be the first thing you buy, before the intake, before the exhaust, before any of it. Here's why: all those bolt-ons promise power, but the only way to actually get it out of them is to tune the car. Slap an intake and exhaust on a stock tune and you're leaving most of the gains on the table. The Hondata FlashPro is what unlocks your ECU and lets you tune around every part you add, so your money actually shows up at the wheels.
Why You Tune First
Think of it this way. Your factory tune was written for a stock car running pump gas with zero mods. The second you change how the engine breathes, that tune is no longer the best one for your setup. The FlashPro lets you (or your tuner) rewrite it to match what you've actually built, so the intake, the exhaust, the whole combo finally works together instead of fighting the stock calibration. That's why so many people call it the most important mod on the list, everything else works better once it's on.
What It Does
The FlashPro tunes and datalogs your Civic 1.5T or Si, and it's about as straightforward as this stuff gets. You plug it into your laptop's USB and into the car's OBDII port, and you're in. It comes with Hondata's FlashPro Manager software (Windows based) to read your ECU and make changes, and from there you get live tuning, a range of calibrations to work from, and serious datalogging, both real-time and stored, so you can see exactly what your engine's doing. Best part: your factory ECU doesn't need to be modified for any of it. Nothing to cut, nothing permanent, it just talks to the stock computer.

Real talk before you dive in: yes, you can run this yourself, but we'd point you to a professional tuner to actually dial it in. FlashPro is a powerful tool, and a tune done without the right knowledge can hurt your engine instead of helping it. So use the FlashPro to get access and datalog, then get a tuner who knows these cars to build you a proper calibration. That's how you get real power safely instead of guessing your way into trouble.
Important: Pick The Right Option (CAN Bridge)
This is the one you've got to get right at checkout. For the 2016-2024 cars, the FlashPro works on its own, no extra hardware needed, so that option is just the FlashPro. But the 2025 Civic Si is different: its ECU has to be unlocked before it'll take a tune, so Hondata built the CAN Bridge, a jumper harness that makes that ECU tunable. If you select the 2025 Civic Si option, your order comes with both the FlashPro for the Civic 1.5T and the CAN Bridge together. The CAN Bridge is not included with the 2016-2024 option because those cars don't need it. So just match the option to your car and you'll have exactly what you need.

Note: All FlashPro sales are final. FlashPro units are non-returnable because we can't verify if they've been married/locked to a vehicle. Once you flash a tune to your ECU, FlashPro locks to your ECU. You can unlock it to sell it or move it to another car, but you have to unlock it yourself through the FlashPro software. Get your car professionally tuned after you install FlashPro. Don't just load a base map and drive hard. Base maps are safe starting points, but they're not optimized for your specific car. If you're running serious modifications like a turbo, built motor, or aggressive cams, get it tuned on a dyno. Choose the right version for your use. FlashPro Race is for off-road and track use only. FlashPro CARB Legal is for street use in all 50 states. For the 2025 Civic Si, the Hondata CAN Bridge is included to unlock the ECU; the 2016-2024 option does not include or require the CAN Bridge.
Dyno Information
2017-2021 Civic Si:
Hondata has created two tunes for 17-21 Civic Si. The stage one tune increases boost by 6 PSI and provides 233 hp and 258 lb-ft torque. Stage two will raise the boost by 9 PSI. This tune can generate 272 lb-ft torque. Tests were done on a dynapack dyno which can be very hard on the drivetrain making the clutch more likely to slip. During road testing however, the clutch showed no sign of slipping. Hondata recommends using the 6+ PSI tune with an upgraded clutch.
2022+ Civic MT EX and Touring:
The 22 Civic MT EX and Touring have been tuned to make not just more power than stock but more power than a Civic Si. All maps have been tuned to optimized fuel, ignition and boost. More power is gained easily with high octane and high boost. Hondata also has base maps for cold air intakes and short ram intakes. These base maps offer an additional 34 peak hp and 40-50 lb-ft torque across the entire rev range. When flex flue is added, there is an increase of 71 peak hp and 50-76 lb-ft torque across the entire rev range.
2022+ Civic Si:
Two base maps are provided with the FlashPro for the 2022+ 1.5 Civic Si. These maps were created using 91 octane fuel and a stock vehicle. There are two levels of torque preinstalled, a 240 lb-ft map and a 250 lb-ft map. The CARB maps allow for increasing power levels while remaining emissions compliant. It is possible to tune the torque tables to increase torque and power. However, the clutch may start slipping at greater than 260 lb-ft torque. The stock clutch is suitable for stock torque levels, but an increase of 25-30% can cause slipping. When a stronger clutch becomes available, Hondata will tune and release a higher torque CARB calibration.
