The KTuner V2.0 is a standalone handheld ECU tuner that plugs into your OBD2 port and handles everything - flashing, real-time monitoring, and datalog storage - from a 5-inch touchscreen. You write your tune in the KTuner desktop software, push it to the device, and flash it to the car. Done. No laptop, no cables draped across your center console, no nonsense.

Flash Multiple Tunes Without a Laptop

Here's the real reason people buy the V2.0 instead of just grabbing the KTuner cable: it stores your factory tune plus multiple custom maps right on the device. Switch between a conservative daily tune and an aggressive 93-octane map whenever you want, straight from the touchscreen, in your driveway, in about two minutes. The screen also works as a full digital dash while you're driving - temps, fuel trims, knock counts, short and long term LTFT, whatever parameters you care about, all visible without bolting gauges everywhere.

It Locks to One ECU - Here's What That Means

Once you register this device and flash an ECU, it's locked to that ECU. You can't lend it to your buddy for the weekend. If you need to move it to a different car, you flash the original ECU back to stock using the unlock function first, then you're free to pair it with a new one. One device, one ECU at a time - that's how KTuner licensing works, so plan accordingly before you buy.

Laptop-Free Datalog Storage

The V2.0 stores up to 1,000 datalogs on the device itself. Do your street pulls, pull the logs later in the desktop software, make your adjustments, push the revised tune back to the handheld. It keeps the tune-test-review loop clean and actually practical for real-world street tuning. No more awkwardly propping a laptop on your dash or texting your tuner blurry screenshots of your AFRs.

RGB Shift Lights and Bluetooth

Five programmable RGB LEDs sit across the top of the unit. Set your shift point, configure warning thresholds, adjust brightness - they're actually useful as a peripheral shift indicator when the screen is showing a gauge layout. Built-in Bluetooth lets you push live KTuner data to third-party display apps on your phone or tablet if you'd rather run data that way.

Pass-Through Flashing

If you do want to work directly from the desktop software - say, you're deep in a tuning session and making rapid back-to-back map changes - you can use pass-through mode to flash the car directly through the V2.0 while it's still connected. You get the best of both worlds: standalone convenience for the street, full desktop control when you're in the shop.
