DC Sports Header for 92-00 Civic / 93-97 Del Sol Si – Stainless & Ceramic

If you're still on the stock cast manifold, you're leaving power on the table. This DC Sports header is a 4-1 long-tube setup for the D-series that replaces that heavy, restrictive lump with equal-length, mandrel-bent runners that actually let the motor breathe. You’ll feel sharper throttle response and real gains across the whole powerband, not just at the top.


Finishes: Stainless or Ceramic Coated

Pick what suits your build. The HHS5613 is our 92-00 Civic stainless header and the HHC5613 is our ceramic header with a high-temp ceramic coating rated to 1,200°F. That coating keeps heat in the tubes so exhaust gas moves faster, which helps with scavenging and keeps power more consistent on back-to-back pulls. It also cuts under-hood temps, so your intake and wiring don’t cook during summer traffic or long pulls.

Real-world gains

On a healthy D-series, people typically see 8–12 whp with a DC Sports header like this, plus a fatter midrange. The sound gets deeper and crisper without going drone-crazy on the highway. We run these same DC Sports stainless Civic headers and ceramic versions on our own D-series cars.
