Hasport DAKROD K Swap Radius Rod, 90-93 Integra (DA)
K swapping a 90-93 Integra means fitting a wide engine into a bay that was drawn around a narrow B series. The K20 and K24 both need more room between the axle and the chassis than the DA gives them, and the factory radius rod sits right in the middle of that fight. The Hasport DAKROD is the clearance part for a K swap in the 90-93 Acura Integra: a radius rod shaped to clear the wider K series block while you keep the factory front crossmember.
What It Is and Why It Works
Hasport designed the DAKROD alongside its DA K swap mount kits, the DAK1 for the 92-93 GSR and the DAK2 for every other 90-93 Integra. Because the rod works with the stock crossmember, you skip the cutting and fabricating that early DA K swaps needed in this corner of the car. Bolt it in and the axle to chassis clearance problem is solved before the engine ever goes on the hoist.

What to Know Before You Buy
The DAKROD is a supporting part, not a mount kit. Plan the full DA K swap around it: a DAK1 or DAK2 mount kit, K swap axles, a conversion harness, shifter cables and a shifter box, and a tuned K series ECU are all still on the list. If you are pricing out the build, order the rod with the mount kit so the front of the car goes together in one shot instead of waiting on one small bracket-sized box. There is no ride quality trade-off to think about here, it is clearance hardware, and it is one of the least expensive pieces of the entire swap. Skipping it and hoping the axle and block miss the chassis is how DA K swap projects end up stalled on jack stands.
