DC Sports Cat-Back Exhaust 2018-2022 Honda Accord 1.5T/2.0T
The 10th gen Accord is quietly one of the best sleeper platforms Honda ever built, and the 2.0T cars are running a K20C4, a close cousin of the Civic Type R's engine, muffled to near silence from the factory. This DC Sports cat-back exhaust for the 2018-2022 Honda Accord wakes it up: full 3 inch (76mm) mandrel bent T304 stainless piping from the front pipe back, ending in quad 4 inch slash-cut tips that replace the factory bumper trim entirely.
What It Is and Why It Works
Most Accord cat-backs run 2.5 inch piping that necks down further at the rear. This one holds a true 3 inch diameter through 16 gauge T304 stainless, which is the right move on turbocharged engines, where reducing backpressure after the turbo is what actually pays off. Both the 1.5T (L15BE) and the 2.0T (K20C4) use the same system.
The quad tip design is the part nobody else does. Instead of tucking tips behind the stock bumper opening, this kit removes the OEM exhaust bumper trim completely and fills the space with four 4 inch (101mm) slash-cut tips in your choice of polished, burnt, or black. It reads factory-plus-menace rather than bolted-on, and it's the visual signature that separates this system from the Borla and Remark setups at the same power level. Expect a noticeably more aggressive note than stock; there's a sound clip on this page, and we'd tell you to listen before you buy any exhaust, including this one.
Install is a true bolt-on. The system reuses the OEM hanger locations, so nothing gets cut or welded: unbolt the factory cat-back, bolt this one in, drive. The front pipe is not included, and the system works with the stock front pipe.

What to Know Before You Buy
Keep the tuning math straight. As a cat-back running the stock catalytic converter, this needs no tune: bolt it on and drive. The moment you add a downpipe or delete the OEM cat, DC Sports notes the system may require a tune, and honestly at that point you want one anyway. Both the 1.5T and 2.0T respond extremely well to a Hondata FlashPro or KTuner, and exhaust plus tune is where this platform stops feeling like a commuter.
Order the tip finish you'll still want in three years. Polished is the classic look, black disappears into a dark rear end, and burnt makes the quad tips the whole show. Whichever you pick, the tips are the first thing anyone sees on this car.
Plan the delivery. This ships as a 62 pound box nearly four feet long, so have a second set of hands or a jack stand plan for holding the mid-pipe up during install. It's still a driveway-and-hand-tools job; the OEM hangers do the alignment work for you.
