PRODUCT DETAILS

AEM High Volume Fuel Rail - 1994-2001 Acura Integra / 1997-2001 Honda CR-V

Running bigger injectors on your B18 Integra or B20 CR-V and worried about fuel pressure stability? The AEM high volume fuel rail's got a 1/2 inch internal bore instead of the factory rail's smaller bore. That extra volume smooths out pressure pulses from larger injectors and keeps fuel pressure more stable at high RPM. If you're running 600cc or bigger injectors, the factory fuel rail can cause pressure fluctuations that mess with your tune. The AEM rail fixes that. It bolts on with the factory fuel line or you can convert to AN fittings if you're running a custom fuel system.

1/2 Inch Bore for Better Fuel Flow

The factory fuel rail's got a small internal bore that restricts fuel flow when you're running larger injectors or making serious power. The AEM rail's got a 1/2 inch bore, which is way bigger. That extra volume helps maintain consistent fuel pressure when your injectors are firing at high duty cycle. If you're running big injectors on E85 or you're making 300+ horsepower on your B18 or B20, the larger bore keeps fuel pressure from dropping at the end of the rail.

Works with Factory Fuel Line or AN Fittings

The AEM rail includes a fitting that works with your factory fuel line, so you can bolt it on without converting to AN lines. If you want to run custom fuel lines later, the rail's already tapped for -6 AN or 9/16 x 18 fittings on both ends. You're not stuck with one setup. You can run it stock-style now and upgrade to AN lines when you're ready.

1/8 NPT Port for Fuel Pressure Gauge or Nitrous

The rail's got a 1/8 NPT port machined into it for a fuel pressure gauge or a nitrous feed. If you're tuning the car or running nitrous, you need to monitor fuel pressure. The port's already there, so you just thread in a sensor or fitting. You're not drilling and tapping the rail yourself.

CNC Machined Billet Aluminum

AEM machines the rail from billet aluminum in the USA and anodizes it black. It's not a cheap cast rail. It's CNC machined, so it's consistent and it doesn't have casting imperfections that can cause leaks or cracks under pressure. The anodizing holds up to engine bay heat and it doesn't fade like painted parts do.
