This is a raw core and nothing else. If you don't have a TIG welder and real experience running aluminum, or a shop you trust to do it, budget for that work before you buy the core. A 3.5 inch core mounted where air can get to it will beat a 4.5 inch core buried behind a stack of other heat exchangers.
