When you're installing it, make sure the regulator shaft is clean. If there's dirt or rust on the shaft, the crank won't grip properly and it'll slip. The crank pushes onto the shaft with a friction fit. There's a set screw that locks it in place. Tighten the set screw but don't crank it down so hard you strip it out. Snug is enough. After you've installed the crank, test the window. Roll it all the way up and all the way down to make sure the crank's not slipping on the shaft. If it's slipping, the set screw's not tight enough or the shaft's worn out. If the shaft's damaged or the splines are stripped, you'll need to replace the whole window regulator. The crank won't fix a broken regulator. Before you order this crank, make sure your car actually has manual windows. Some Si models and higher trims came with power windows. If you've got power windows, you don't need a crank. Check your door panels.
