It's the higher-flow choice and the one that holds the most dirt between cleanings, at the cost of needing filter oil when you service it. aFe cuts the filter to the factory airbox dimensions with a full 360-degree polyurethane frame and a progressive bump seal that conforms to the airbox lip without a gasket, so it drops in where the paper filter was and seals the same way. The pleats are rounded and evenly spaced, which gives more usable media area than the factory panel for less restriction and more dirt capacity between cleanings.
