The entire process of creating a motor mount kit at Innovative Mounts starts with taking measurements using state of the art measuring tools to precisely calculate the necessary position for optimal engine performance. Once the measurements are taken they are transferred into the 3d world utilizing solidworks 3d modeling software. From there a set of prints are generated and one of the 20 employees at Innovative Mounts creates a sample for testing. If any changes are needed they go back to the drawing board and tweak the kit until everything fits perfect. From there the engine mount kit is ready for production.

For innovative this means utilizing a laser to cut all of the steel plates and a robotic welder to weld everything precisely and with high quality.

While the lasers and robots are working large chunks of aluminum are precisely milled in one of the 7 CNC lathes and CNC mills to their correct shape.

Everything is then packaged up in house and sent out to you for installation and then racing.
