Driveshaft Shop Performance Axles Level 5.9 (K-Series 96-00 Civic)

This is the new Level 5.9 axle from the Drive Shaft shop. This is a Pro-Level Race worthy system that works with the standard spline size on the differential end. You can now use this system with aftermarket limited slip diffs and spools. This kit will handle 850WHP!

The stage 5.9 axle comes with an all new ball & cage inner cv machined from high quality chromoly. This inner cv now has 6 contact points and is stronger than a Porsche 930 108mm CV joint (same cv used by many high dollar systems). This along with the 33 spline outer and 36 spline bars makes it the strongest set of axles for your swap, Period.

The kit comes with both axles and a set of custom hubs that will fit the stock bearing sizes. In addition they come with extended length ARP studs. All of this adds up to an axle that is capabale of withstanding 850WHP.

This system does not come with ABS Rings and will not be compromised by different tire sizes. If you are working on a custom setup and need a special combination just drop us an email and we will be glad to help.

What is the warranty for the performance axles?

The Level 0 have no warranty against breakage. The Level 2.9, 3.9 and Level 5.9 have a 1 year warranty. Warranty covers broken or worn parts for the term. Boots are not covered under this warranty. You will be responsible for shipping to the factory and DSS will pay shipping back for warranty repairs(Ground only). For out of country sales, shipping both ways will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

How does the warranty work?

The warranty covers the repair of the original unit. Most companies don't cover performance products at all, but the Driveshaft shop believes in our products and is willing to go the extra mile for you. If you have a warranty claim do not reorder the axle and send in the old one as a defect. The claim will be repaired and you will have 2 axles.

How long will a repair take?

Turn around time is about 3-4 days. We will cover UPS ground shipping (within the states) only. No overnight air or out of the country shipping will be covered. It is your responsibility to get the axles to us and get them back.
