The Verus Engineering Air Oil Separator (AOS) is your assurance for maintaining an oil-free intake system in your Honda Civic Type R. The presence of oil in the intake system can diminish octane levels, potentially leading to detonation, power loss, and the accumulation of carbon deposits.
Equipped with four 5-micron coalescent filters strategically positioned on each inlet and outlet, along with baffling and stainless mesh, this AOS delivers unmatched air filtration for the crankcase air. Following a combination of track sessions and street driving, a significant oil volume was observed in the AOS, affirming its efficacy.
Crafted in-house in the USA using state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC mills, locally anodized, and laser engraved on-site, the AOS embodies precision and quality throughout its production process.
For tailored performance enhancement, consider complementing your AOS with optional add-ons like our AOS coolant add-on kit, ensuring seamless integration with your specific requirements.
While anodized components boast durability, it's important to note that prolonged exposure to engine bay heat may cause potential fading over time. The Verus Engineering Air Oil Separator is available in three anodized finishes: red, blue, and black.
